Begin your morning with a delicious breakfast catered by Wolfgang Puck Catering, featuring fresh fruit, eggs, hash brown potatoes, buttermilk fried chicken, waffles, pastries, juice, coffee, and water. Then, hear firsthand stories about spaceflight, life in space, and the remarkable journey of human exploration. Each guest also receives a personalized photograph from the guest astronaut, creating a truly special keepsake. After breakfast, your General Admission to Space Center Houston gives you time to explore legendary NASA exhibits, rockets, spacecraft, and the incredible history of American human spaceflight. But your journey doesn't end there. Step aboard the NASA Historic Mission Control Tram Tour and enter the legendary facility where NASA monitored the Gemini and Apollo missions—including Apollo 11 and humanity’s first steps on the Moon. Stand inside the very room where history unfolded and experience the authentic consoles, equipment, and atmosphere of one of the most important places in space exploration. From sharing breakfast with a NASA astronaut to standing inside Apollo Mission Control, this is more than a visit to Space Center Houston—it’s your opportunity to experience NASA history from the inside. ** VIP NASA Breakfast Astronaut Experience menu includes: Waffles, Fresh Fruit, Scrambled Eggs, Breakfast Bash Brown Potatoes, Buttermilk Fried Chicken Breast, and Choice of Pastries. Cancellation Policy
1. All types of remittances including invoice payments made online to Astroville Tours LLC are non-refundable unless of a tour cancellation caused by an extreme Natural Disasters, Severe Inclement Weather, Political Instability/Rallies, or another genuine extenuating circumstance including national/regional pandemics and other types of contagious bacterial infection(s)/disease(s). 2. If any of the circumstances listed above are applicable on or near your tour date, full refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days. 3. Rescheduling requests can be made by calling us directly at 713-469-2365 or by sending us an email at admin@astrovilletours.com at least 24 hours in advance of the tour start time. It is important to note that you will need the First/Last name on the booking reservation (our website) or the Booking Reference number from our alternative vendors including TripAdivsor, Viator, Visit Houston, Booking, Expedia, Klook, Civatatis, GetYourGuide. 4. Customers can always utilize their booking confirmation information received in the initial booking reservation email to reschedule for a future date free of charge as long as this ReScheduling Request is completed within 24 hours of the tour start time. 5. One (1) Rescheduling Request is permitted per party free of charge. All additional ReScheduling Requests including 2nd and 3rd requests will be processed with a $50 fee per tour party. 6. We will not accept any Rescheduling Requests made less than 24 hours in advance of the original Tour start time. If you need to reschedule your Tour date, please make sure to contact us more than 24 hours in advance of your tour start time or your rescheduling request may not be honored. 7. If we do not hear back from you by the original tour start time, we will proceed to deem your Tour as “abandoned,” and you will need to book a new tour date online at full cost. 8. This tour is offered rain or shine. In the event of bad weather, guests may opt to reschedule for another date free of charge at their own discretion. 9. If the Historic Mission Control Tram tour is cancelled by NASA due to inclement weather or operational issues, all guests will receive a $15.00 refund for each ticket.
