Service Description

Hop on board our Mercedes Sprinter Shuttle which offers round-trip transportation services from our Downtown Houston pick-up/drop-off spot to the iconic NASA Johnson Space Center located by Nassau Bay in Clear Lake, a 30-60 minute drive from Downtown Houston. The Space Center has a wonderful mix of interactive, family-friendly exhibits including the amazing Independence Plaza, International Space Station, Rocket Park, Life on Mars, Artemis and tram tours! Enjoy helpful tips for reserving your spots on the Rocket Park & Astronaut Training tram tours per availability. Following the day-trip visit to Space Center, we will provide transportation back to the original Downtown Houston pick-up spot with return pick-up at NASA entrance from approx. 3:45-4:00 PM. **Please note, NASA Space Center general admission (GA) tickets are not included with this option, however guests can purchase their own tickets at the front entrance or on their smartphone device by downloading the IOS/Android NASA application. **

Cancellation Policy

1. All types of remittances including invoice payments made online to Astroville Tours LLC are non-refundable unless of a tour cancellation caused by an extreme Natural Disasters, Severe Inclement Weather, Political Instability/Rallies, or another genuine extenuating circumstance including national/regional pandemics and other types of contagious bacterial infection(s)/disease(s).  2. If any of the circumstances listed above are applicable on or near your tour date, full refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days.  3. Re-scheduling requests can be made by calling us directly at 713-469-2365 or by sending us an email at astrovilletours@gmail.com at least 24 hours in advance of the tour start time. It is important to note that you will need the First/Last name on the booking reservation (our website) or the Booking Reference number from our alternative vendors including TripAdivsor, Viator, Visit Houston, Booking, Expedia, Klook, Civatatis, GetYourGuide. 4. Customers can always utilize their booking confirmation information received in the initial booking reservation email to reschedule for a future date free of charge as long as this Re-Scheduling Request is completed within 24 hours of the tour start time.  5. One (1) Re-scheduling Request is permitted per party free of charge. All additional Re-Scheduling Requests including 2nd and 3rd requests will be processed with a $50 fee per tour party.  6. We will not accept any Re-scheduling Requests made less than 24 hours in advance of the original Tour start time. If you need to re-schedule your Tour date, please make sure to contact us more than 24 hours in advance of your tour start time or your re-scheduling request may not be honored.  7.  If we do not hear back from you by the original tour start time, we will proceed to deem your Tour as “abandoned,” and you will need to book a new tour date online at full cost.  8. The Astroville Best of Houston Driving Tour requires a minimum number of four (4) tour guests on normal weeks and six (6) tour guests on holiday weeks. The Astroville Food Tour of Downtown Houston requires a minimum number of five (5) tour guests on normal weeks and ten (10) tour guests on holiday weeks. If the tour is canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/full refund.
